2026/2027 School Year PTO Board Interest Form
Hi Parents! It’s time to begin forming our PTO Board for the 2026–2027 school year, and we would love your involvement. If you’re interested in serving, please take a moment to complete the form below. There are many different roles available to fit a variety of interests, skills, and schedules, so whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a place for you. Your participation helps make our school community stronger, and we truly appreciate your support!
Getting involved in the PTO as a board member is very rewarding and a great way to get to better know the staff and fellow parents.
Here are brief overviews for each PTO position:
President
Provides overall leadership for the PTO, runs meetings, and works closely with school administration to support school goals. Oversees all board members and helps guide planning and decision-making throughout the year.
Vice President
Supports the President and steps in when needed. Often oversees committees and helps ensure events and initiatives stay on track.
Secretary
Records meeting minutes, maintains official PTO documents, and manages important correspondence. Keeps accurate records to ensure transparency and organization. Manages the organization calendar.
Treasurer
Manages the PTO’s finances, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports. Ensures funds are handled responsibly and in accordance with PTO guidelines.
VP of Membership
Leads efforts to recruit and retain PTO members. Maintains membership records and helps families feel welcomed and informed about opportunities to get involved.
VP of Sponsorships
Builds relationships with local businesses and community partners to secure sponsorships and donations. Helps increase financial and in-kind support for PTO initiatives.
VP of Fundraising
Plans and oversees fundraising efforts throughout the year including spirit nights.
VP of Volunteers
Coordinates volunteer recruitment and scheduling for events and ongoing needs. Manages the school copy room.
Glow Run Chair
Organizes and manages all aspects of the school’s Glow Run fundraiser. Coordinates logistics, volunteers, and communication to ensure a fun and successful event.
Staff Appreciation Chair
Plans events and activities that recognize and celebrate teachers and staff throughout the year. Helps create meaningful ways to show gratitude for their hard work.
Communications Chair
Oversees PTO communications, including newsletters, emails, and website announcements. Ensures families stay informed about meetings, events, and important updates.
Social Media Chair
Manages the PTO’s social media accounts by posting updates, promoting events, and highlighting school activities. Helps engage families and build community online.
Halloween Party Chair
Plans and coordinates the Boo Bash celebration. Organizes volunteers, decorations, and activities to create a fun and safe event for students.
PBIS Chair
Supports the school’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiatives. Helps coordinate rewards that encourage positive student behavior.
BINGO Chair
Organizes and runs the school’s BINGO event. Coordinates volunteers, prizes, and logistics to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Community Event Chair
Plans our free spring event for the community to participate in.
All Things Decorating Chair
Oversees decorations for school events and PTO activities. Brings creativity and organization to help create welcoming and festive environments.
Creative Design Chair
Designs flyers, graphics, signage, and promotional materials for PTO events and communications. Helps maintain a cohesive and engaging visual presence.
Spiritwear Chair
Coordinates the design, ordering, and distribution of school spiritwear. Promotes school pride while helping generate funds for the PTO.
Auction Chair
Leads the planning and execution of the school’s auction fundraiser. Secures donations, coordinates event logistics, manages volunteers, and works closely with the fundraising team to ensure a successful and profitable event.
